I’ve always loved the beauty industry. For the past five years I lived and worked in Moscow as a makeup artist. I liked massage, but I hadn’t planned to change professions.
In 2020 the world changed dramatically, and so did my life. It became clear that people’s priorities were shifting: we were spending more time at home and thinking more about overall health and skin quality rather than how to look great for one single evening.
Another factor in deciding to study facial massage was that I moved to another country where lockdown measures were much stricter than in Russia. There are very few facial-care specialists here, and demand is high. So everything aligned, and I started looking for the right course.
I liked that the training includes a large anatomy module, several massage techniques to choose from, and from the start I felt a serious, professional approach from the Academy. When classes began, during the first month—when I had more free time—I rewatched all the lectures several times!
And one more thing: Yulia is very attentive—she answered all our questions and soothed our doubts. Even if something didn’t go according to plan, it was resolved easily. Yulia radiates such calm and kindness that I think none of us remained indifferent.
I’m waiting for permission from the local prefecture to start working, but I’m already practicing on my partner and a friend. They like it—and so do I. I’m very happy I found your Academy and, following my inner response, bought the course.
